Neat idea. Tree frogs are usually tiny. The ones I get here are not bigger than a dime sometimes. The biggest frogs are about the size of a golf ball...occasionally bigger, but that's rare. The little ones are shiny metallic colors like bronze and a shimmery green. They're really pretty...and really hard to catch!!!

These are common frogs around our house. They remain hidden in winter but are abundant in spring and summer. It's fun watching them up close. :nod:

I agree. Frogs are cool. We're just starting to hear the spring peepers (the little dime-sized frogs) out here now. We had snow on the ground a few days ago, so it's still pretty darn cold here. :P
