Found this spot, nearby a waterfall, where hundreds of Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio glaucus) butterflies gathered together.
Cool mist from the waterfall created small pools of fresh water for them...

The blue morpho (Morpho menelaus didius) lives also to Guyane Française (french Guyana). This color blue is unique on the world. It's also a great shot !

Great shot ! I like it ! In Provence country to France, we've the same machaon butterfly (papilio machaon) or Grand Porte-Queue (translation : Big Door-tail but I don't know if it the amecian name of this butterfly). It's the king of butterfly to Provence country.

I had captured a similar image when visiting on the east coast, but not nearly as gorgeous as this image. It's so beautiful. :butterfly:

Was very lucky to have arrived at the right moment that day... Good weather condition, not too many people around, and lots of thirsty butterflies. :)
